MIC's undergraduate programs in Tourism and Hospitality Management are certified by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). UNWTO employs the TEDQUAL Certification System which supports excellence and quality in tourism education.
The European Federation of Associations of Professional Congress Organizers (EFAPCO) and MINOAN INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE, in their desire to advance the cause of Professional Tourism, have established close and continuous cooperation in designing the course content for the Department of Convention, Event and Exhibition Management and are involved in conducting joint research in this field. MIC's programs in Convention, Event and Exhibition Management are fully endorsed by EFAPCO.
MINOAN INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE has an affiliation with Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, New Hampshire, USA that allows for students to study abroad at each respective institution. Southern New Hampshire University's School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Management is northern New England's largest hospitality educator and offers associate degrees in culinary and baking arts, baccalaureate degrees in six hospitality and tourism management majors, and a master's degree in hospitality administration. The school is housed in a 30,000 square foot Hospitality Center on the university's campus located one hour north of Boston.
