MIC's undergraduate programs grant Bachelor degrees in the following fields of study:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

- Marketing Management Concentration
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism and Hospitality Management*
- Hospitality and Tourism Management Concentration
- Convention, Event and Exhibition Management Concentration
- Food, Beverage and Culinary Management Concentration
*These programs are certified by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). UNWTO employs the TEDQUAL Certification System which supports excellence and quality in tourism education.

The academic programs of MINOAN INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE conform to the academic standards adhered to by the best institutions of higher learning in Europe and North America. All classes are taught in English.
The academic year consists of Fall and Spring Semesters and, for the Tourism and Hospitality Management program, a Summer Practicum.
The programs are designed to meet the needs, aspirations and abilities of students at different stages of their academic and professional lives.
All programs contain core requirements (usually completed within the first two years) and concentrations that allow students to choose specialized areas of study.
Students also have the option of having their degrees designated as Honors Degrees by completing a Major Research Paper in their area of concentration during the final year of their program.
